There are multiple ways to use this oil. Place a little amount of oil in a bowl and heat the oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Apply it to your hair from root to tips and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes to a few hours or you can leave it overnight. Then steam or wash your hair. You can also wash out the oil with your regular shampoo and conditioner. For best results use twice or thrice a week.

Store at Room Temperature. Use before 6 months after opening the bottle.

Please drink plenty of fluid and eat vegetables regularly.
