Heat the oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Apply it to your hair from root to tips and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for 60 mins or you can leave it overnight for better results. Then wash your hair with your regular shampoo and conditioner. For best results use twice or thrice a week.
